For people who do not want to share office space, you may want to bring more personal stuff in to claim your space or keep it clutter/dirty. I've been way too considerate in keeping my go to space clean and now it's taken over by someone who decided to return and turned my go to space filthy! This open floor plan is the problem and one of the many reasons why people do not want to RTO!
3 days in or else ... share a office space if you need to or come in Monday / Friday
