and they aren't sorry for cricket customers and only one credit per account no matter how many lines on the account. Yep, people will be more upset than happy.

This one is not so clear. They say Cricket is excluded, but I saw some people on X (formerly known as Twitter, for you boomers) claim Cricket is giving them $10! It makes sense. Cricket operates independently, so they take care of their own customers. Now, Pre-paid customers being left out feels kind of cr-ppy. And Business customers, I guess, but seriously? They need $5 for their business? If they really lost revenue because of this, they need to work with T on the case by case bases.

I could care less if I get a credit or not. I’ve gave up along time ago having any confidence in technology as a whole. It’s not perfect and never will be. I hold my breath every time there is some sort of update. On Phones, PC,s, TV’s etc. I’m glad I still have my Free Landline, which I can always count on.

What is this stuff saying "we" let the customers down? Very few were responsible for this and the CEO needs to take the blame from customers

Where will funding for the customer credits come from?

IMO, T would have been better off saying nothing. Some people would call and demand credits, they could take care of them individually. Most, I'm sure, wouldn't bother. Instead, T brought the spotlight onto themselves again, with this laughable credit, that won't make a single customer happy (it will either make people even more upset, or won't be noticed at all). What are they thinking?

Would have been easier to tell everyone Feb 29th was going to be covered by the company.

Make customer jump through some hoops to get it. Don't want it impacting profits too much.
