It all starts with good products. Cant be all acquisitions?

Mediocre products, coupled with an unreliable support organization (TAC), not what it use to be IMHO, translates into a bad combo for all. Customer lose trust in the company and sales drop. Everyone loses, if your strategy is to keep acquiring companies and ignoring your organic products (bread and butter), firewalls, routing and switching, so you can hide behind the numbers, this is not a sustenaible strategy.

I have a real hard time swallowing that a mature product is tanking because of CX.
If the product was more intuitive and had better quality you and customers would not rely on CX or specifically the TAC as heavily as you do after so many years.

CX can barely support the products, since the BU seems unable to produce any accurate documentation.

How can a lot be blamed on CX? What metrics indicate this?

Cisco announced to the market 5% it is actually more like 20% through some clever manipulation.

Please explain this clever manipulation to us.

Apparently although Cisco announced to the market 5% it is actually more like 20% through some clever manipulation. A lot can be blamed on CX and MM - madness. The whole thing needs ripping up and starting again with new leaders who understand what is required. What a shame it has come to this!
