where can I find the statement with details? I received 2 direct deposits;
I can't find it online benefit portal; benefit line has a LONG wait

I called into HR OneStop and was emailed a form that had to be mailed...yes, MAILED......to San Antonio. (You can fax it as well but canot email it). It took about 7 days from my mailing it from the post office and they provided my payslip.

That's part of the problem, too - they have it set up so you can't access your paystub in Workday without 2FA. Would CSO allow an employee who just left payroll to have a working RSA token on their personal phone?

You have to call (Monday is a long wait) to get a live rep and ask for them to email you a pay stub. Good luck.

My severance check in 2019 was an actual paper check, sent via the USPS, they wouldn't/didn't send it via Direct Deposit, I thought that odd, but that is how they did it...
