Got letter today and got nothing again. We are awesome! Excel and Exceeds - total BS as every executive gets a raise every year but front line sales who actually sell the deals get nothing. Time to go.!! And not look back.

It cannot be a COBC violation to discuss pay and raises. Discussing pay is protected by federal workplace discrimination laws, and the company cannot put rules to discourage employees from discussing it.
