It's coming to Clifton as well. Some early retirements among Senior Management as well as unanticipated departures have delayed the inevitable by a month or two. What was planned to happen in February will most likely happen in April. Unionized members of the operations team will not be affected because of a backlog of work. Middle Management in operations, such as non-operational planners and operations engineers will be thinned out. Under qualified and overpaid, long term employees, ITT legacy people mostly, will finally be shown the door. L3HARRIS will complete the task of purging the company of these last holdouts from ITT . If your performance review and pay raise is lackluster this spring, you could be one of the ones to go.
Any numbers ? I work in operations
It's mainly whites in management. Some blacks due to diversity. But not many others or woman. And they call themselves diverse.
Glad it's not Clifton instead.
