Laid off mortgage underwriter here. I noticed a posting for a credit card underwriter. Anyone have any experience working in this department? Seems more stable than mortgage.

There are manual underwriting fulfillment and financial crimes teams
Credit cards are the future of the company. I would venture to say it is a safe bet
are they still based out of Vegas?
Credit card underwriting is so simple and straightforward that I’m surprised they’re still using humans. I’d imagine that you’d be bored out of your mind
