I know the feeling!
I feel like I'm doing the work of 5 people. Constantly being trained poorly on something new and never given time to fully understand anything.
And I can't help but feel that it's all for nothing if CC does sell off Fiber. All this effort, for nothing.
Chin up and remember you have the power to change your situation. Start taking steps, no matter how small, to advocate for your own happiness - even if that means finding a position elsewhere.
