I understand every company has problems, XOM being the size it is has to move with times and mistakes will be made. But look at the enormous potential to earn and learn by being at the most forward looking organization. You guys survived a pandemic and oil going to negative. America and world largely exists daily because of you all. I can live my life daily because of the products produced as a result of your daily grind. I am always looking forward to hearing diverse voices but I understand the concerns as well and I think ExxonMobil employees can always find a middle ground to every situation.
I hope I don't face backlash for this post as an outsider but I just wanted to get this off my mind after a long time reader of this thread. Just a fellow thankful soul that appreciates every single one of you.

Wow! What happened to the response from 2xt? They told the truth and their post was removed? Talk about loss of freedom of speech. There was nothing inappropriate about the response and it had a a really high like count.
