Thread regarding L3Harris Technologies layoffs

IMS Layoffs

While IMS continues to restructure business and tries to save face with their dwindling backlog and poor management, they keep adding more overhead to the Sector and Segment pools while RIFing their talent at the division levels and slashing overhead. Harvest mode - not growth mode. DLU metrics is a front for a poor management and support from leadership. Part of Segment and whole Sectors are ripe for a VC to come in and buyout.

Layoffs in Greenville this week. I think it is part of their plan to get to the unheard of level of 85% employee engagement (they must be using MBA math).

They claim they feel bad about it, but it costs employees up to 6-9 months out of their 401k's because of their poor planning. Management should be penalized for layoffs, but I think they are actually rewarded for them.

Rambeau and Sandleklev are going to destroy us. Good thing they're lining their pockets with the cash saved by RIFing all the engineers.
