Next: make Nike such a miserable workplace so people will leave on their own. RTO5 is just one of those, I assume. So what is the point of staying here? Many of us have been here because it was a great place to work at. If it becomes like any other brutal corporate org, then we can go elsewhere where work may be a bit enjoyable and better paid.

Unless you are out of the BATC that no one enforced until Jan 8. The people they kept in BATC over the ones who adhered to hybrid in WHQ now get to be remote with higher pay since they just closed that office.
Wait has RTO5 been confirmed? I haven’t heard anything.
