So with the new IT location strategy, does anyone know when the actual layoffs will occur? Will they start next Tuesday?

The first round for Technology location strategy will occur in May, the 2nd round in Q3 (probably September). The exact date in May has not been told to managers yet.
They've been going on for a while now. "Location Strategy" has been an official option in the 'reason for term' field in workday for months. This will continue for at least the next 3 years. After that, a different excuse will be deployed. Rinse and repeat until HY and I&P are all that's left.
