You'll make it, just keep working towards being somewhere and doing something you love. No matter what is facing you in life - mindset and what you think will determine where to end up. So think as positively as you can, even when it's a challenge, and keep pushing on.

Don't know who you are, but having been there myself, sending love and care your way and best wishes for the future!

When you're feeling down, sad, lonely, negative, you don't want to take care of yourself - and the weight problem and the diabetic problem and the heart attack and stroke problems and high cholesterol set in.

Never lose hope ! There will be down days and up days.

Always motivate yourself and think that this is a temporary phase. Things will get better soon.

Make a list of things you want to do in a day and week. Keep track of it ….. begin with small steps and try to accomplish something before you go to bed.

Don’t forget to do some stretching and Pilates at home. Also take 30 mins walk nearby your neighborhood. Destress and continue !!!

Take care. Try to get some endorphins going with a walk.
