I have not been cut so far, so I will assume I'm safe for the next 3 months till the next LR cycle. Wanted to go on a 2 week vacation but worried I will get chopped while away. Is it over and done for now?

Still to come in Japan
The UK round is not complete yet. Notifications will go out late March early April.
I left the SE UKI couldren 3 years ago and moved into a US reporting role I got promoted twice since leaving the UKI. It's stagnant and toxic there . If you get the notification apply for a role with a reporting line outside the UK. The culture is still good outside of the UK.
It is never ending. So by definition it does not stop. Next target high cost support centers.
LRs are never “done” at Cisco. They are a constant part of the landscape of employment at Cisco. You can be stealth LRd at any point without any formal announcements and this happens all the time. Doesn’t matter how skilled you are, if you are on the wrong team at the wrong time you’re out. Period.
There is no escape
Still more to come for this quarter in some European countries :-)
Incoming layoffs in May around the Q3 results. Then a major one in August. Be ready. This is confirmed by the same person in UKI who had predicted the ones last Nov and this Feb, posted on this forum. The SE management and VP in UKI org have already asked a list for potential targets. Sales, overlay and SE teams will be impacted.
The number is 4500 for August.
The layoffs will continue until morale improves.
Possible guess is around the July 4th "Mandatory PTO" meltdown timeframe. If they do the LR directly after everyone has their PTO in. That would be COLD.
Safe for this quarter, yes. Nobody is safe from this poor senior leadership.
There is no doubt for another LR the same size this upcoming Summer. Just be ready because you never know. We all know and been proven that no one is safe.
Gone are the days for Cisco where employees can rest and live a happy life. Cisco loves to keep their people on edge and agitated so they work hard to drive leaders goals. Cisco is top heavy with managers and above sitting idle and driving others to ground while keeping their own jobs safe, while it lasts. Unless stock price improves, situation is grim, at best.
Think we are safe for one qtr. Unless you are overseas. Why burn up your precious PTO hours now? Money in the bank.
I can't believe we are at a point where this question even needs to be asked. It's not a good look for cisco.
