Happy "Corporation Day" for salaried workers 2/29

March 1st may be Employee Appreciation Day. But Feb 29, Leap Day, is the day salaried employees work for free. Enjoy giving back to the company. 😉

I worked in my pajamas yesterday and am getting a $20k bonus next week.

I’ll be alright.

Just another day working from the ranch. Nothing like taking care of business while driving a tractor tilling up the land. Laptop setup in the cab using a hotspot forwarding emails and getting on Team calls. Life is great. No RTO for me.

Not an issue. I’m sitting in my truck in a CO parking lot.

Conversely, salaried employees get 1 work day less for 3 years and every 4th year work the full year
