This is an admission by her that RTO is a stupid waste of time. Go in early to get the badge swipes, and leave early. There's no purpose other than tormenting people. Employees, all the way to the top, realize that the emporer has no clothes.

TK is not a transformational or inspirational leader. Just the facts on that one. Terrible communication style. But it’s not a gender thing. JS wasn’t that great either. Not a deep bench but I think they had to recruit inside.
