Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Mexican Standoff

It's clear the bank is trying very hard to induce attrition by making everyone miserable through RTO mandates, insulting raises/bonuses, and taking every opportunity to make the daily experience of working for this company as awful as possible. They are doing everything they can to get people to quit.

On the flip side you have an overwhelming number of employees engaging in "quiet quitting" tactics and doing as little as possible, essentially daring the bank to let them go.

It's self-destructive for both sides.

How does this ever end or get better? Would a new CEO and BOD even be able to turn this around? I'm not so sure.

If they put you on a performance improvement plan because your work has suffered you could be sc--wed on unemployment. Be careful.

Culture has been bad the past 10-12 years but gotten a lot worse in the past 5 years.
Get rid of the diversity hires and hire experienced people.
We have too many people barely working but get paid.

This CEO BM is a f-king buffoon. This bank is trying to have employees quit or resign so they don't have to pay severance. This tactic doesn't work because people will do little everyday causing low production. This bank should just layoff and stop the waiting game. I half azz it everyday and will continue to milk this f-king bank dry.. F-K YOU CEO BM AND YOUR F-KING CRONIES!!!!!
