Friday is Nat’l Employee Day or something. Techies will all get a “special gift” from TLT, will be announced in town hall, much like the t-shirts.
They are switching to 5 days a week RTO but for every 3 days RTO you will earn 2 days of WFH.
Stay tuned! Stale donuts and bagels will be waiting for you in the lunch room every Friday @ 8am.
Only two things I want from these clowns. RTO exemption or severance. Or they can stfu and leave me alone, that'd be fine also.

There will be nothing. This is going to be just like last year’s cancelled SP transformation update which was going to be rescheduled, only to never hear of it again.
Clearly they are going to pass out felt hearts on every workstation. It might even say "thank you" or something on it.

I’m with @now in feeling actions speak louder than words. Wells management is not providing growth plans for US based employees. We aren’t called out in town halls, there aren’t many mobility options even in hubs, and no one seems to want to tell us what is happening. I’m surprised there aren’t more cases of employees fighting back and regulators taking notice.
