If on a final written warning, can I move to another job within the company?

Can you? Yes. Is it much more complicated? Yes. You need someone in the hiring org want to fight for you. In 19 years I have seen it once and had a DR do it once (I advocated as my supervisor was the one who wanted discipline and I simply thought a good person was in the wrong job for her). In both cases there was someone advocating for the person.
“So what is the point of a FWW then? What does it really do?”
Paper trail.

These folks don’t know what they’re talking about. I have personally hired someone from Retail to Biz on a FWW within the last couple years. The new org has to be willing to accept/fight for you.
You cannot move between positions while on a pip.
Your best bet is to move to an area where you know the hiring manager as someone willing to cut through the red tape to help you.
I don't think HR will list you as a candidate, if they let you apply at all.
What have you been written up for?
Nope.
Well, you are not transferable. Who would like a loser?
Worth a shot but probably time to jump on a different train.
Best of luck.
No manager in their right mind would even consider it. You are on borrowed time already and honestly should be looking for a job at another company.
Nope. The termination train has left the station. Why would anyone want your problems to be inherited by a new group?
You will have to wait until you are off the final.
talk to HR, typically no, you cant move while on a final.
