MIP payout

Does anyone know when MIP is being paid? Is it delayed this year like the merit increases? My manager didn't know.

After getting a 3% increase for an upper block performance last year, I'm out. But I want to make sure to time it with the bonus payout.

Compared to salary boost for leaving b4 mip is not enough money to come into equation for timing of job change. For retirement yes you wait for it.

I didn't wait for my MIP to quit...just "worked from home" for the last 6 weeks to make up for the loss. Put in my notice over the end of year holiday season.

OP, stop being so melodramatic. You are not “out”, you are simply whining.

Should be March 22, they told managers to have performance discussions done by mid March for MIP employees, I’d be surprised if they paid out before the discussions

No delays on MiP as far as I’m aware. Usually pays in mid March. If you’re on the biweekly paycheck in US then it’s either March 8 or March 22. And you have to be employed on the day of the deposit in order to get it. You quit a day early? They deny it.

Supposed to be mid-March, but don't let them know your plans or sign any paperwork until that deposit has cleared. Don't forget to use your vacation
