This is by far the weakest Leadership team in Mellon, BNY, or BNYM ever. If it wasn’t for mismanagement we would have no management at all.
Hasn’t Robin ever actually led before?
I get the impression that he has spent his career at the executive debating level. Where is the Cahouet, Dimon or other leader that we so badly need?
No need… Robin has hit his stride and has really turned out to be an excellent manager. Reducing expenses by enforcing employees to come to work has been brilliant.
There is no need to layoff when our slackers self select to leave the Bank for free.
Couldn’t we just spin off Mellon Bank?
We still have a few people in Pittsburgh who really know how to run a Bank.
