Is it a good org to be part of? I know the technology function has a very negative reputation at Nike so I’m not sure about this particular org.

They pay good but the people who have been in NikeTech for a long time are very toxic. I got out after a year and half, went into the business and never looked back.
I feel sorry for the really good outside talent we got within there. Most of them are starting to come to the same realization. The money gets you in the door, but the culture ki-ls you.
