Another Reorg

Heard from a Bedminster person that the "yearly" reorg is coming.
Plus, people are to be in the building 5 days a week and not everyone is doing that.
If the edict is to come in then it should be for everyone.
Not pick and choose.

There's plenty of space in Middletown -- don't be surprised if you Bedminster peeps are suddenly relocated there one day in the future.

You can exceed the normal building capacity by scheduling separate day and night shifts. You know, for collaboration.

Looks like another relocation opportunity is in our future, if they are mandating 5 days a week. Can’t go over the occupancy number for each building.

5 days a week requires designated desk space which there isn’t enough in many locations. Keep your hyperbole made up drama to yourself.

Can confirm 4 days a week in the office is coming. Floor 22 and 23 at HQ has eyes and ears everywhere to leak from.

Bedminster person here. How do they plan 5 days a week mandatory when there is clearly no space for that? Bedminster has < 1K person max occupancy between the 2 buildings but has more than 2K people assigned in Webphone.

Would love to hear how that's actually happening, logistically.

What does any of this mean? Reorgs aren’t done by “location”. They are done by organization. As are directives regarding days in office.
