WF doesn't care. It's expensive to hire there, expensive to house employees, and Shart doesn't personally like it, so it will eventually "go". Sorry Cali.
Most states s/b thanking CA for their allowance. Get educated about natl. collapse if CA collapses.
CA would happily be its own country and COULD, unlike all other states.
A storm with a severe lightning strike can help one get unstuck.
