If you are currently considering jumping ship but are still on the fence, do it! I left three months ago and it absolutely changed my life. I finally know once again what it feels like to work in a company with a good culture where you are not stressed for one reason or another 24/7. You need to realize that you all deserve better than what you're getting from Fidelity.

How do you butt-kissers feel now after the layoffs? Still one of the top work places?
Guys - Don't leave Fidelity Investments - If you are in Tech Team - Devops in Boston, We can just enjoy life. Work from Home , Work life balance and so cool life.
Just Chill and keep on working.
Fidelity can be a great place to work if:
- you know how to kiss a-s of superiors
- tell half truths and/or lie
- move about to get away from the dummies
- keep your mouth shut
- instill fear in your subordinates
If you can do these, you will go far quickly.

Fidelity is voted one of the top work places every year. If you can’t handle it here you need to look inward my friend.
