So the memo basically state that if you’re not in a hub city and don’t deal with clients face to face, you should prepare for a layoff.

From the article:
"The company adds that those who work in non-hub cities will work in "focused client centers." More information will be shared for this group of employees in the coming weeks. The non-hub markets potentially could be downsized over time, according to the memo."

Looks like if you are not in a hub market you are going to be out of a job probably sooner than later.

This is the real reason behind RTO? Also, they are hoping people quit so they don’t have to pay severance.
