I'm not sure how. This company has done nothing but treat all of us like cr-p for years. People need to stop behaving like they're in a cult just because they work here. So here's my plea: Don't be a cultist. This is just a job and you're an undervalued employee. Staning for Ford just makes you look pathetic at this point.

Ford treats me very well. I am paid fairly with good benefits all around. I work with excellent people, get challenging tasks and my supervisor recognizes me when I go above and beyond.
Sorry you don't feel that way. Typically people with your attitude say the same thing wherever they work. You should join a union, then you get to yell at the clouds every 3 to 4 years and feel like you stick it to the man.
I think he means people who are proud and defend Ford even though they are treated like a piece of trash.
What he forgets is there are a lot of friends and family members.
