I gotta say, our internal support su-ks. So badly. Holy cr-p, we are in deep deep po-p and it’s honestly so ridiculous. Are we ever going to get better? Or are we just going to do reorgs thinking that this will help anything?

If every employee chips in $1350000 then T will be debt free. Simple math. So my fellow employees lets open GO FUND T account and put your change in it. Save this miserable evil empire and its emperor.

There is nothing more true than this. 10 thousand of us could give 150% every day and it would not matter. We could work for free 20-40 hours a week and it would not matter.
135 Billion dollars of debt is a big number.
Stankey needs to be reminded that he owns this at every Town Hall. Maybe that's why we don't see our "leader" so much anymore...
Remember the end game- to have very few employees and automating, using AI and self-service ordering. If you can understand that, then all the actions the company is taking makes sense.
The company will downsize everything it can to get wireline profitable, make wireless leaner (more efficient) and create the most lean operating model possible.
The end result will create more cashflow to pay down debt, buy back shares and get the stock price up.

T may want 100k employees now, but that will be reduced as T-Mobile and Verizon continue to reduce headcount.
The end game for all carriers is to have as few employees necessary to run the business.
total mismanaged company. they just reorg to give the vps something to do and look important has nothing to do with helping the company.
