Turns out people on here DID know! Lots of good people let go. The same week they told everybody we need to be in the office more for culture and collaboration. Don’t be fooled by these big corporations. You bust your butt every day. You have sleepless nights, because you can’t figure out how to get all the work they give you done. You spend time away from your family giving more than you should to them. They tell you were family bring your authentic self to work. Then they lay you off..

My cousin Beth works for a group based in Merrimack and word IS coming down on layoffs. Nothing to report as of yet in SMT.

I'd imagine they'd just fire you over zoom. Could also see an email and manager following up with you.
With connect weeks, how would they handle a lay off?
If a large group of ppl are asked to come in on an off week, that would be suspicious.
Will it be via Zoom or even a less personal email?
Or will it be a rolling layoff during each connect week (that would be frightful).
It's just a guess, get some sleep.
