When you see a company has too many of these people wipe their butts with their left hands and do not possess much technical skills, you should avoid that kind of company don't join them and don't stay with them, it means this kind of company is at dying stage.
What can you do when you see Cisco got a bunch of Directors, Technical Leaders, and Principle Engineers who only know how to wipe their butts with their left hands and do not possess much technical skills?
Cisco has many people who smear their butts with paper and have no technical skills either. The problem is universal incompetence, not some subgroup.
