An unscientific poll... I'd jump for about 20%. How about you...

None. I will take a pay cut for remote which would save me a ton of time and $.
I am holding out for severance. The really s_cky thing is I like my job, I like my manager and love my PTO. I’m not paid enough but what do you do. Still, I hope to get my walking papers soon. I’m ready for a change but not letting the big guy off the hook.
When looking at when taking a new opportunity, like someone else said, you have to take in all the variables that play into it that new role (benefits, PTO, location, RTO, PTO, work environment, work hours, career growth opportunities, etc.) Look out for #1. YOU!
I'd take less pay for WFH. Otherwise, I'd rather have my 52 weeks of severance.
Heh, I didn't get any extra money to 'jump'............................
I got 'tossed', I received 14 months pay as a 'parting gift'.....
Good times.................................
For the right gig I’d leave for same pay and benefits. The biggest issue would be PTO. I’ve been around a while so I have a ton of PTO.
Location matters too. If it’s a remote job most would be willing to take less. Also career development and moving around seems to be pretty difficult these days unless you know someone, so another company may offer a better opportunity.
I would definitely take less to jump. More so if it were remote.
I'm considering a 50% pay cut to change to a respectable career.
I would not leave for better. I'd like an opportunity to make a difference and make decisions over higher pay any day.
Not easy to find higher pay after getting displaced —you take what you get at that point
Stupid question. There are way too many variables you have to compare to an alternative offer: Medical, PTO, life insurance, severance plan, location, RTO, work environment, work hours, career growth opportunities, manager, etc.
Even if I get %15 less I would jump.
