Iowa WARN Notification for 3/5/2024 was posted this morning. It shows a total of 22 souls impacted in the Jordan Creek site. So far, a total of 67 team members have been impacted for 2024.

If a job is being replaced by India, the WF workers are not reported as laid off. They are reported as discharged even with getting a severance package.
Just FYI, as has been mentioned before, WARN notices do not capture all layoffs. The 60 day notice period given to most employees serves as the notice. So there were for sure more laid off in Iowa than what is captured on the WARN notification. Layoffs have been happening every other week in Charlotte without any WARN notices.
Do we know what LOBs? The director of my LOB has people there and I want to see if he’ll be getting sweaty about this.

Iowa is getting these much faster than other states for some reason. Any WARN notifications from any other states that is out there?
