Where can someone report the mismanagement of chainsaw? I don't care about displacement but he is going to bring a big problem to wells fargo down the road by just laying off large swaths and replacing with them with starbucks baristas

Laying off is the right for employer , of course with valid reasons. As employee, you need to work for the money the employer pays.
If you don't like the employer, you have right leave. If you under 55, find a better place and leave to improve career. Don't keep complaining and working here. You are hurting yourself mentally. Closer to retirement, just ignore all these and wait for severance. You may be lucky to get good amount to leave. I worked in 4 different places that i got laid off. 2 of them paid nothing. Wells Fargo at least giving something. Start your own business and see how it goes with employee like you.
Some of you could be comedians after you get laid off. I would seriously use my severance pay to watch.
The only option remaining is to report his behavior to his mother.
They will spin it any way they want so you would be labeled a disgruntled employee.
Or work to encourage both clients and advisors to leave....from the inside

Write a well thought out yet firm letter stating your grievances and concerns. Spray it with some nice perfume and send it to Elizabeth Warren. Then wait for the SWAT team to show up at your home.
I suppose there's always the media or a grandstanding politician, but all of the usual internal organizations for checks and balances have been subverted by the regime. Inevitable result of their obsession with centralizing authority and getting rid of anyone that isn't in lock step.
