There are literally still hundreds upon hundreds of people still enrolled in the MyWork program in Charlotte. How did this happen? I saw some seating charts for a couple floors at one of the buildings in Charlotte. There were approx 70 people total listed as “MyWork”…. And that’s only a couple floors in one of many buildings. I guess the rubber is about to meet the road.

The people that are stating my work expires with a new role are correct. I have seen countless examples of people changing roles where the manager has turned a blind eye.
Not always true. I know someone who was allowed to change roles and keep their grandfathered, non-medical, MyWork in the last year.
Grandfathered in similar when your cell phone provider changes all the plans but they let you keep the old plan (for now). If they were to switch roles, they would be required to exit my work.
