More like give us the tools to do our job properly. When we were Cingular, we had the tools to do our job. Then we became the death star and vader ran our infrastructure into the ground. We were the leader in the industry ; now we we play catch up. Our decision making in purchasing " content " failed. And yet we pay the CEO and give them a massive bonus for failing to meet expectations. And yet what works for us - we turn the other cheek and put little revenue into it, and just let it fail. All of our failures are due to ur--e poor management. Plain and simple. We keep doing the same thing over and over hoping to get different results, but yet it never happens. Who would have ever thought we would be where we are today ?

You shouldn’t hate your life in the c-suite with all the raises, bonuses and golden parachutes, now anyone below your level may have different thoughts since, they’ve lost so many benefits and coworkers due to poor business decisions .

How do we correct constant cost cutting? Important parts of our business are being left without maintenance.

Thank you. The majority of employees just seem to want to complaint here rather than taking any actual steps to have corrections made.

Did you read the second part?
