Fired and layed off aren’t the same, so it doesn’t matter what LOB he/she is in and others wouldn’t be affected. Its several people on PIPs in my area and their 30 days are about to come to an end, so a few know their time is about to be up bc they didn’t get their act together.
Hey. Me too. And I’m not going to report what LOB or group that’s affected. I won’t provide any supporting evidence either. Nah, I’m fibbing. See how easy it is?
