There’s a few Boomers left in the workplace with a work ethic. After that, hopefully some portion of GenX on down will develop one.. Maybe if they have families and raise them they’ll develop into adults
No talent anywhere. Starts with management, heads.of divisions. They are really poor at talent evaluation. It's not even about working hard, management will have ideas, or enable their next level of reporting lines to start projects that do not matter at all. Just plain busy work
