We got told an email would be coming. Then when it came the email said to act on another date a week later

The email did come on March 7 and says you will be able to REQUEST to opt in for remote from March 18 and HR will either approve or deny your request.
Some reasons you can be denied:
- more than 50% of your team will be hybrid and is at one office
- talent/performance (could mean anything)
- less than 3 years tenure
- etc.
I got the email and so did everyone else I know.
Yes, All inside sales that live in a metro area with a Dell building will not have the option to select remote. The option will be available but HR will deny it.
