No surplus declared today in Leg T - thus no VTP today - maybe June 15th - a girl can dream.
You will be terminated for falsely documenting INFOR that you were working when really you were p00ping. And the cost of your excess usage of TP shall be deducted from your last paycheck.

Ask your manager if you really work here.
Zurk-zee shut down announcement tomorrow just as the union chanted: SHUT IT DOWN!
Just heard there will be NO offers tomorrow at Xerxes Ave. :(
It's going to happen tomorrow for some non-techs up in Minnesota. Sorry no VTP for my group of techs down here though.
Funny how it seems almost everyone wants the VTP. I wonder what level actually makes the decisions for VTP?? And I wonder what level managers know in advance - and how far in advance.
Just learned of leaked email from Dallas about March 15th VTP for a job title I've never heard of in Bloomington Minnesota but I hope I get it way out here too.
There’s hardly any real work, only one order per day in BFS! Certainly not enough work to keep techs busy for 6-8 hours per day, more like 2-4 per day! If T wants to pay me to sit around for 4-5 hours per day, I’ll ride the gravy train and take the easy money!
There will be no offers. They’re just letting attrition run it’s course, even if it means sitting around for years on end with no work.
Some of us in SE D3 - 2020 took the 50k bonus plus SIPP to leave, nice package. Helped me make my decision to retire earlier.
I would gladly take a VTP if it was offered, even take half of what I'm entitled to if laid off! It's unfortunate though, it's just not going to happen! I'm disappointed every three months hoping something will be offered, but never is!
Fake news, not happening now or in the future. Executive leadership has already stated that many times. They get asked every townhall and the answer has not changed.
If enough don’t take the VTP offer, we ALL know what comes next!
Friday will be fun and
Some on here simply don't have an understanding of how and why the company does regularly offer VTP.
Got 50G plus Sipp in 2020. Nice payday. Don’t miss the incompetent 1st level. He claimed an Inside wire SME status with bone on bone knees and shoulders. Those that worked with him as craft said he was a b-noser SME. Things never change..
F**K YOU PAY ME
That’s absolutely NOT happening. We have no reason to pay you to go away. None.
Pipe Dream
What about the handful of Customer Engineers II / III that are still with Legacy T? This is not going to happen for any of the technicians. It's just a tech hoping that some executive level manager sees this! Good luck with that happening!
Where was this information from. We have heard similar things in the past that never happen. Is this just another one of those wishful thinking staetememts?
Alright, bring it!
What job titles and locations? NTS’s won’t be getting it and I’m guessing that Comm Tech’s would only get it if there is a surplus involved .
VTP, if eligible leave with 2 years pay!
