The fact that JD and the leadership team hold zero accountability but let go many great teammates really irritates me. How can we do something about it? Would anyone join if we go on strike?

Need to picket and protest like 2019, with the visible buzz felt by media.
I would go on strike, but I believe that this is just going to work if like all tech ops does it together.
