It pointed to Cisco as a warning for Nvidia investors.

“Cisco was the world’s most valuable listed company in 2000, trading at over 30-times sales (a similar multiple to Nvidia today). Yet, despite growing earnings-per-share nearly tenfold since then, Cisco’s stock price is still 39 per cent below its 2000 peak.

“Will Nvidia share Cisco’s fate? Our guess is yes.”

NVDA stock depends on future products, revenues and innovation.

As long as JH is the CEO. NVDA stock will go up. They are ahead in GPU and platform for the GPU AI products by 2-3 years when compared to other companies.

Stock may not be overvalued now. It all depends on the future revenues after 12 months.
