… because Nike has zero capability, or intent, to actually support, train and develop their employee base. They’d rather just discard them and hire fresh. Then rinse and repeat. Don’t forget to log into the new Workday training modules peeps ;)
In certain Geo, a certain no. of ppl were axed during the Jan exercise. Even before those ppl leave, the same no. of new & open positions were posted on workday & Nike career portal. So ya… its axe and add!
