Psycho that he was, atleast Nate was decisive and clear in his strategy. Sweet Kiker is just a townhall cheerleader bumbling with the p-m-poms.

Nate Herman was an absolute tool that had no clue what he was doing with RCSA.
T Kerrins , the worst possible head of technology in any large corporation. She is giddy about her big pay check, her multi million dollar home and thinks her cheerleading will get her by. She will jump when Saul and Chuckles tells her too, because she does not want to lose the payday. That is what all of us in Tech are to her , her next paycheck.
In starting to see a similarity here — besides Saul (nominally), senior leaders are "townhall cheerleaders bumbling with the p-m-poms"...anyone who resists ends up leaving.
Current cheer award goes to Tracy Kerrins, who speaks tech words like they're a foreign language (surely to her!), can't pronounce "Nvidia", and hasn't done much but go on cheerleading roadshows with the TLT, while displacing hundreds.
Nate’s strategy was super clear. We do these 5 things poorly and nothing else. We add minimal value by definition, and have thousands of people. And then he “decided” to leave.
Control is definitely reverting towards pre-Nate approach where they will take on more, which they should be happy for, because the alternative is we finish a couple iterations of RCSA, centralize things like issue management and risk measurement, and displace/offshore 70% of the people currently in Control.
He was clueless and yes crazy. No one in control seemed to like him.
Y’all come on here and complain about the person in seat. Then they get replaced and it is more of the same, or worse and y’all want the old one back. Nate, Saul… go get jobs where you are in charge and see how hard it is.
Who’s that?
