Are team space tips picked by your manager or autogenerated? They give you the illusion they are automatic (generic message, sent same time weekly) but the content is very on point based on the last interaction with the manager.

You have time to check in ?
My markets give me little time to check in with my wife nvm some nonsense tool lol 😆
Never used it. Not once.
The executives that introduced this expensive ineffective tool are no longer at the company. Time to part ways with this software.
Team space is a re--rded waste of time and money I’ve never gotten anything useful out of
Team Space is a waste of money, get rid of it!
Ignored anything on team space. It is not defined in your job description
Team Space is the bigger lie that Cisco HR can create. It is the example why Cisco management is so useless. My manager never told me what to do and he is incapable of comprehending what I do but every week I have to mark that he told me what to do or there is serious retribution from the manager. In addition the response I received every week is that thank you for your contribution. This is the stupidity of Cisco management beyond imagination. Cisco HR if you do your job, it is easy for you to find out how many these useless managers you have.
It’s impossible to believe tips are automatically generated. Look at the tips you’ve received from different leaders. Some never talk about Team Space., some prioritize it over everything. It’s a useless check box initiative for managers. Leaders vs managers.

No clue , never read them. If my manager has something to say to me he can write it directly , phone me , text me or see me in person . No need for some more automation and controlling by a tool.
And yes, sadly I am forced for them
To be filled in…. Which technically speaking they are
