Location strategy is only about non client-facing positions.

Client facing positions are driven by where the business is - I.e. the clients.

@okp
Had another look at the email and it says “In CB, our current location strategy applies to non-client facing roles, those not regularly working face-to-face with clients. As we move forward, we will continue to assess the needs of our business and functions and evolve our CB location strategy as needed.”

Guessing that means the RM teams are fine where they are at in order to meet with clients personally, etc.? Unless there is or was another communication for client facing? Idk.

Deciphering this...is the location strategy memo only addressing non-client facing positions? what is impact on Relationship Managers?

What I’d like to know is if you’re not customer facing and not in one of those locations, but in the business group, when will the push out the door occur (hopefully soon :))
