I enjoyed reading the comments, there were lots of funny but mild critiques/concerns about dynamic working etc. And I got to know what my colleagues in different functions and BUs thought. Now it seems they disabled such feature for all company internal news and articles. It's not a big deal but definitely a sneaky move.

There were hardly any critical comments and they were good. I loved those comments.
- 4% of the Fid Central comments were always the same sunshine and puppy dog comment you can read on linkedIn. Crazy if they really shut it down because of the rare "tell is like it is" post.. Did they really silence comments?

It could always be worse - it could be like JP Morgan where they have video cameras watching whether or not you are focused on your computer screen, and timing how long you spend at the bathroom.
But yeah, "telling it like it is" and "enabling candid debate" are values that only exist during good times. In bad times, it's the neck that sticks out gets chopped off first.
"Tell it like it is" is a su---r test. If you do it (and you're not high enough), you're dead.
