Are you aware of illegal activity, like using "Legal Recovery Set-off" to increase fee collection? Or gaps in RCSA implementation that leave vulnerabilities while time is taken to rewrite controls? What are the details about forcing people into mortgage forbearance?

If you see something, say something. That's what they keep telling us. Ramping up foreign workers via hidden subsidiaries and then dumping thousands of employees is wrong. Not illegal. There are also COVID mandates and RTOs that force out older workers and those with disabilities.

Rather than complaining, take action. Start by collecting evidence without removing confidential information; next, contact your lawyer and EEOC. Too much goes on around here that they could be fixed but they don't.

Emphasis on having 180 days to put in a complaint. They will throw you into an "investigation" and send you home for 60+ days so the clock ticks. If you're going to pursue this make sure you're meeting the 180 day deadline. These "leaders" are being told what to do from the top. But the more people that try the better. Having spoken with an attorney, the burden of proof in these cases is on the claimant so you must gather evidence and go through all the administrative options before having enough standing to sue.

  1. Make ER complaints in a timely manner
  2. Make EEOC complaints within 180 days of discriminatory actions
  3. Document EVERYTHING
