It should be open to everyone at the company so employees can find slackers and report them anonymously!
Management should get some help with this.
@1tee+1rx0Pa3T This behavior does not stop at impacting employees. This also includes clients and the customers on Main Street. Regardless "Just go to work or go work somewhere else", this behavior is a reflection of the company. Answer this question to yourself, "Would you use Bank of America for your personal financial needs knowing what goes on within the company as an employee?"
