Just wondering if those who have been layoff had already left the company. If not, when are they leaving?

I have been asked to create a transition plan for my work and they are still assigning me issues... so its a very odd lay off to me. Also still have not received the package details.
3/29 is everyone’s last day that was part of the March RIF
The 3 weeks are just free paychecks. No need to go into the office, just login and respond to messages as shortly and direct as possible. Decline meetings and clear your schedule. It's free pay while you start your job search, no shame in that.
Fidelity gave them three weeks notice so they could walk around and feel humiliated. No skin off their nose.
