We had a guy yell and curse out a lead in front of other associates and a manager. He does minimal amount of work he can get away with. We thought for sure he was gone. Nope he has worked all week 🤷🏼♀️😆 but let's hear about those HIGH company standards again.

So let me understand, so an associate suppose to be fired because they got cursed out by a member, seems the member sound be asked to leave if anything what are we talking about here
Former Assistant Manager here. I'd have fired him on the spot. I fired people for much less. Act unprofessional in front of others? Bye.
Whoever is keeping this guy on payroll deserves to be fired.

Recommend getting out of retail entirely!
Allowing this just opens the door for other associates to do the same & him to escalate his bad behavior.
